a. Production method: Polyester filament (or POY) or other synthetic filaments are drawn and passed through an air nozzle to untwist the filaments under the action of airflow. b. Product performance: The basic characteristics are the same as the original yarn, but products with various characteristics can be obtained according to the variety and type of the original yarn used. The mixed fiber can be used to produce different shrinkage properties and different dyeing properties. Air textured yarns with different gloss and different hygroscopicity can also control different process conditions and processing methods to produce yarn-like, wool-like products.
c. Uses: It can be used for weaving, warp knitting, weft knitting, making all kinds of clothing, outerwear, shirts, etc., and also making upholstery cloth, curtains, bedspreads, household appliances cover cloth; industrial filter cloth, tire cord, Fishing nets, sewing threads, etc., are used according to product specifications (fiber line density, pile number and distribution, etc.).
d. Packaging, storage and transportation: the same packaging form as polyester low-elastic yarn, each winding bobbin weighs about 4kg, and it is covered with a plastic bag. Each packing box contains 4-6 bobbins. It should be handled with care during storage and transportation, and do not damage the packing box to prevent contamination and damage to the thread. It should be stored in a ventilated and dry place with fire prevention facilities.
